I have just finished reading the book for the second time. This is the kind of thing that can save the world. I am especially interested in the Hei Gong training. The ideas and concepts are profound and truly a way of life. Not just a martial way of like but a life code. I have been telling my friend ... about the HFY Wing Chun and he also feels that it is the art we have been looking for since we were kids. It has everything in it that we have always searched for.
