Hi!
I found the following link:
Mai Gei Wong Wing Chun (http://www.wing-chun.cz/en/index.en.html)
Does anyone know something about this style? I'm not altogether too sure, what to make of their family tree.
And: check out the videos. IMHO they are very cool!!! I like this changing from hard to soft and back.
Thanks!
Armin.

Hello and Welcome irzounek,
Nice to have you here representing you family art. The website is very well done. Are there plans for a seminar tour of the United States by either you or your Sifu?

Hi irzounek!
Thanks for the reply!
Regarding your lineage: it seems as though your system evolved parallel to the Yip Man lineage, right? But than, your Sifu originally came from Leung Ting (like most of us in Europe) and form Lok Yiu.
Does he teach both, or is he teaching only non-Yip Man system?
Another thing: in the roots of your lineage, there's Chi Shin. You mean Chi Sin Sim Si, the former shaolin-monk and than cook on the red boat, right? Is this just a hint from where your longpole comes from, or is it telling people, that you are connected to Weng Chun/Chi Sim Ving Tsun?
As I said, I really like the look of your forms and what it seems to mean (on the first look - without having any idea of it ;) ). To me, it looks very closely to this (http://chun-wi.208243.vserver.de/index.php/4/0/) (just scroll down and click on one of the videos).

Hi!
Sorry, I'm stupid. You are Ivan Rzounek, right? I saw, you have the same discussion at the moment over at the wt4um. To keep it short (and to repeat my question): Am I guessing right, that you only teach Mai Gei Wong Wing Chun and not a mix of Yip Man/Leung Ting/Lok Yiu/Mai Gei Wong?
BTW: I like that 'Rice machine Wong'. Sounds cool!
Can you give us an overview of what is different to the Yip Man systems? What are the basic ideas of your system?
Thanks for your time,
Armin.

No, its just part off my personal history so I dont like to hide it. I was LT practicioner on the begin, and later LY. Now NO any another style of WCH in our schools (since 1999). My sifu Wong Nim Yi is student of his father, see his lineage in my first post.

NO, deffinitely NOT !!! we dont practice any another WCH style :-). Only MGW!

Its just story, just general story of wing chun, actualy we dont think so back in time. For us is sigung, sifu and rest is just story :-).
