it will be fun Sifu doing a forms seminar is such a rare thing , [ i was kind of shocked really]

so i'm going to just play the back and watch the show

trust me you never want me involved in a forms seminar , my guys are instructed to tie me up and kill me if i ever go there ;)

way to much *real* stuff to cover and train in my mind ,
but it will be good for those guys that are into that stuff :p
