Welcome to the forum nojack!
Its good to see Wing Chun in, well close to my old town. I lived in Moreno Valley aka sunnymead for about twelve years.
Could you tell us a little about yourself?

I have been studying Wing Chun for the past ten years on & off under Leung Sheung lineage, I used to practice with a group in Monterey Park, I know all the forms, Wooden Dummy & long pole. since now I am living in Fontana, is not worth the drive to go such a distance, that's why I wanted to start a group in the I.E. instead, if this is what you wanted to know. I always keep my story short & simple.
And how about you?

Hello Nojack,
Welcome to the forum as James says and good luck in finding training partners in that area seems to be rather quiet as far as wing chun goes from what I hear hopefully you will be able to change that.
James,
When I was going to school in Santa Barbara County my uncle was stationed at March Air Force Base and I stayed with his family in Sunnymead on my weekends and holidays away from school small world huh.

Didn't I say Leung Sheung lineage?
Is from Yip Man lineage to Leung Sheung and so on.
I have heard of Robert Chu, I heard he mixed other style with Wing Chun together, but personally I don't know him.

Who's your sifu, if you don't mind me asking?
So what maid you chose San Bernardino as a location?

Sure, you are welcome to ask me questions, cause a lot of people out there like to claims whoever or whatever they are.
My original sifu passed away couple of years ago, so I trained under his classmate for a few years, and assisted him in training beginners, my sifu & him had the same level of knowledge in WC, not too many of them under Leung Sheung lineage openly advertise themselves to the public, so majority wouldn't even know they existed.

Sorry, forgot about your second question.
I live in Fontana, so I choose San Bernardino County just to widen the parameter if anyone interested in, tha's all.

I'm sorry to hear about your sifu.
Do you have a kwoon in that area or are you doing the traditional mornings at a park?

I live on a cul-de-sac, so I can train people there, is a good area and is quiet. I am currently training 2 on a weekday basis, & one will be coming on Saturdays morning for now, just hoping I can group them together, and is free to them.
