Hello There
I would just like to point out something I have found on a forum posted by Hendrik. He seems to feel the need to question the Shaolin connection to Wing Chun and has many queries.
Master Meng, I thought maybe you could help him out and post him a copy of 'Mastering Kung Fu', which should answer his queries fully.
At the same time, I have the feeling that his 'queries' are more sinister than I have implied. This man seem to be constantly hovering in the background attempting to cause doubt about lineage and ancestry. Master Meng, and anyone else, I am aware that he has been 'hovering in the shadows' for some time now, could someone give me a little more of an understanding of this character?

Always when hendrik talks, there is much confusion Hendrik, Rene Ritchie, Robert Chu you could sit down with them and speculate about wing chun all day and night and never learn anything or you could find someone that knows and understands wing chun and sit down and have an intelligent conversation.

If you visit KFO and do a search on the term Hendrik from user passing_through you'll find a few posts here and there beyond the ones above... (you can also seach hfy108.com for the same search terms)
In the meantime, here are a few posts on hfy108.com that should help fill is some gaps as well...
1) Comment to Terance about Henrik and approaches to questioning (http://www.hfy108.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&postid=5227&highlight=hendrik#post5227)
(look for the passing_through post on this page)
2) Wing Chun and Chan (posted to Terance but covers a lot of Hendrik's assertions about Chan) (http://www.hfy108.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&postid=1860&highlight=hendrik#post1860)
After you've had a chance to look through these posts, let me know if you have any questions...

Hello Gary,
It has been told to him and the others in that circle time and time again that you would think that by now they could have figured out a way to fit it into there own system (wink, wink, nod, nod, say no more). But that is my own opinion on that chalk board.

Hello Gary,
Something for you to read....
Pete
Hendrik, It is apparent that you are very knowledgeable about MA but because of the language barrier it is sometimes hard to understand your meanings. Could you please answer these questions so I can FULLY understand your meanings? Thanks.

Gary,
Another thing you should know about the Robert Chu camp but hendrik in particular isLast edited by Hendrik that is his calling card and if you do a search on all his post on Kung fu online you will notice he has many blank pages because no one group is more willing to mispeak than them only hendrik returns later and tries to erase it from the archives.

Hello Marty-Mar - how are you doin? Hope all's well. Hello to the Hungman, hope you're in good health - thanks for that mail, Pete. Very interesting reading. Hello Cang Long, how are you? Thanks for the info as well, nice to get to know these characters.
About the link Hungman posted, after reading it I got the feeling that this guy cannot answer any questions directed at him ( and I am not referring to a possible language barrier ), but more significantly I noticed he seems not to be able to resist an urge to insult a certain Wing Chun lineage in a sly, sneaky and childish manner. It is no surpirse to me Cang Long, that he is part of that camp. In regards to him erasing posts where he ( or his camp mates ) may have mispoken, he should understand erasing the post won't undo the harm. Like a very knowledgeable gentleman martial arts Grandmaster once told me, once the nail is hammered into the wall, even if it is removed, the hole remains. I think this eejit needs to understand that idea.

There are too many people, and too few human beings. He's been that way for years -- a born questioner but hates answers.

In those days Hendrik was wiser than he is now -- he used frequenly to take vacation (S).
