Hi, what's the difference between the different kinds of wing chun (hfy, etc)? how should i go about choosing which one is right for me?

i have read up on hung fa yi, and am interested in studying it, but can't seem to find any schools in new york.
any help or guidance would be much appreciated.

Are you anywhere close to Rochester? My Sisuk Andy Kalish is in that area. Hopefully he won't mind me referring you to him!

hello hfysavi, and thank you very much for the link, info, and referral. unfortunately, as i do not have a car, rochester simply will not work (too far away)... i am sorry, i should have specified earlier that i'm in new york city, not simply new york.
it's unfortunate, as i was looking forward to studying wing chun in combination with ch'an buddhism..
perhaps i will end up relocating to dayton ohio :D
