Have you ever felt your own Chi? If so have you played with it in the form of a ball? Well I have been playing with mine for a few months to try and measure my own Chi increases.
In Arizona we have had a few storms in the past week or so. I took the opportunity to explore my Chi while the air was full of electricity. Wowwie, talk about Chi. I had two really enlightening experiences that I would like to share.
I'll start with the second time first. I am sitting at the opening off my garage watching the storm and thought let’s see how big I can get the ball. I started with a small Chi ball, rolling it between the palms of my hands. As I focused it became Bigger, I would expanded my tien, and each time the ball would increased in size. It got to the size of a basketball; I then stopped rolling the ball and proceeded to find the edges. I couldn't feel the ball. I new the ball was there but it was not defined enough for me. I thought just drop the last of my tension it the arms and see what happens. This is when it gets good. So my hands are about ten inches apart when I drop the last of my tension. Wow, it was as if my hands could not move away from each other fast enough. (You ever press your arms against a door way for thirty seconds and then relax and watch them rise) it's kind of like that but in the palms of the hands. I have never felt a stronger force, it was so cool.
The first time I played with my chi in a storm I was sitting out side watching a storm pass and. Befor I continue, do you know the garage door openers that have a safety (laser beam) that runs about six inches above the ground at the entrance. O.K. So as I was sitting out side watching a storm pass and I started playing with my chi ball and decided let’s try and bounce it. Ah, off what? The laser beam. It was awesome, I felt a major heat right away, then a loud pop on the surface of my palm one inch below the ring finger on the palm. A very good shock arked from my palm to my foot about ten inches away. Followed by burst of heat spots threw out my body all on meridians, and it threw my yin into over drive. Wow man, that was some cool stuff.
Hate to be short but I must leave now. If your any thoughts or stories let me hear them.
