For all Kung Fu practioners looking for a winter warm up....
1. Take one pumpkin and carefully remove the outer skin with a sharp knife.
2. cut the pumpkin in half and scoop out the seeds
3. take a roasting tray and place the pumpkin (now in largish slices) in the tray and apply a healthy dose of olive oil over the
4. add coriander seeds
5. add optional peppers and /or onions etc
6. roast for 25 min until the pumpkin is going soft.
7. wip out the oven and pulverise in a mixer adding milk and / or water.
8. warm up again and enjoy.
