I have herd that the Biu Jee form is a Dim mak form and others have said that it is just an Emergency form ,What is the truth ?

To ask what is the truth is to assume that there is one true source for all of Wing Chun. What is true for one lineage may not be true for another lineage. Are you asking what is true for HFYWCK regarding Biu Ji?
