Dragon Fist Kiu Sau?

Does anyone here learn about the Dragon Fist Kiu Sau? How are you training it currently?

I trained briefly with a Lung Jop Pai instructor here in AZ about 6 or 7 years ago. I am trying to get back in touch with her, if I do I will try to get some good information on the Dragon Style approach to Kiu Sau.
