you will love this than -

this is from the film "invincible shaolin", the only film that has southern praying mantis (that i know of) fighting and training. This is a montage of the training sequences - the mantis in this is meant to be Chu Gar - it looks similar to chow gar and im not sure if theres some artistic licensing with the moves stuff...anyway enjoyable to watch!
