I Find That hard to laugh at? Sihing Savi Looks as if it hurt. But I did have a slight chuckle. On the ground, rolling around! I wish I had a picture of sihing Carl giving me a nice knee to the chin. I feel your pain Savster.:boxing:

What about Mark, too?!? I seem to remember you sending him flying :rol: across the room during the leg/groundwork drills. I guess thats what he gets for being a good partner ;-P

Well that's what I get for trying to get too close to a bald head! J/K...(get it?) It was energy well spent! Funny enough, within the first hour of my tooth going all the way through the meat of my lower lip it sealed up! Well, the inside puncture did. The outside of my lip didn't seal up until four hours later. I find that quite interesting.

Hey, you know you've had a good Hou Chyun Sum Sau seminar when three black sashes get their lips busted open! Not to forget a bent back toe nail. Poor Shawn....
