I haven't posted before but have been reading with interest. I'm Louise, from the UK and study Lau Gar . I'm looking forward to discovering more about kung fu, in particular more about Lau Gar, as the lineage is somewhat hazy!

Was that in the UK ? Trying to find info about Lau Gar practised outside the UK at the moment, to try and find out a bit more about the lineage before Master Yau brought it over to England.
