Weng Chun in Central London

From the 16th September 2006 we will be training at the Fight factory in Central London. The training start at 11:30 and finish at 1 pm. For those who cannnot make it on Saturday, you are still able to come and train at my house in North London on Sunday.

The Gym is fully equipped with judo matts, gloves, pads, there will be a boxing ring soon, all the mma gears etc

Our instructors will also be training BJJ here, we've switched BJJ teams and will be joining Brassa UK. This is our new home 5 days aweek from now on. See you all on the mat.

Training is good, Thanx. Apart from the ache and pain from last night training. i don't seem to recover as fast as i used to these days. I take 2-3 days rest aweek to recover, but the rest of the week i'll be carrying small injuries or muscle pains.
