Here is a great recipe for Beef and Bean Tortillas and easy to make, that I thought I would share:
1 pounds of beef
1 bottle of Pace Picante Sauce
1 can refried beans
1 package of Old El Paso taco seasoning mix
Cheddar Cheese
Flour Tortillas
Fry up the Hamburger meat and drain. Then add in the water and taco seasoning mix fallow the directions on the package. Next, add in the refried beans and Pace Picante Sauce and let simmer tell hot. In a none-stick frying pan heat up the flour tortilla tell cooked. Then put some cheddar cheese in the hot tortilla and add the beef bean sauce on top and fold up the tortilla. You can add other stuff to it if you want: black olives, chicken…etc. I usually double the recipe.
