...Quick question.
Do you use Chi energy in your daily life other than for kung fu and or physical well being? This is something that I have been wondering about for awhile...never really asked though...so now I am asking.

Depends on how deep you wanna go... maybe you could clarify what you mean by "use Chi energy in your daily life"
thanks,

...I understand its purpose for Kung fu, but is there other reasons to cultivate Chi energy other than for kung fu and wellness.

I personally practice breathing between sets at the gym. I fond that breathing from the abdominals, through the nose and out the mouth, while waiting that 1 to 2 minutes really helps my next set.

RedFox,
I'm still not quite sure what you're asking. Would you maybe share some of your thoughts - maybe that will help me understand the nature of your question.
Thanks,
Jeremy R.

Jk, in some circles this is refered to as Yoga and yet Qi in others there are more things like that which you describe that we should all be practicing to become even more healthier.

I actually saw an infomercial about a new weight loss program based on "natural breathing". I don't remember the details but I do know they promoted weight loss through abdominal breathing.
All for only $99.95!

Say, when running, lifting weights and other things(but I think those fall under wellness).
