White Eyebrow Forms

White Eyebrow forms are some of the most beautifully challenging forms i've ever seen. I like them as much as i do preying mantis forms. The acrobatic level required to even try the forms is high, and the forms are a great workout. From what i've seen they will reform many skills if dilligently practiced. Anyone care to give more detail or a list of their white eyebrow forms?

im not qualified to talk about the white eyebrow that I learnt 8 years ago, or the what I will be learning when I start again in two weeks... but what we did/will be doing again is a combination of White Eyebrow and Phoenix Fist... its a southern style.

But what you mention sounds like northern style White Eyebrow.. is that correct?
