More Changes

I have made a few more changes:

The name of the forum has changed to:

"Weng/Wing Chun Global Kung Fu Discussion Forum". This is still subject to change.

I have added a Hung Fa Yi specific forum.

Jeremy is now a Made Man....he's the Ch'an forum moderator.

The Forum Posting and Participation Rules are now up.
