What are the Chinese terms or equivalents to the English words "training or meeting room" and "center that has many training and meeting rooms"?

A co-worker of mine ran into this website: http://worldlingo.com/products_services/worldlingo_translator.html

With this site he was able to translate Dutch e-mails in such a way that it was understandable for him as an American.

This site also offers you to translate from English to Chinese, unfortunately you have to be able to read Chinese to see what the translation is . . . :D

Dien - Mansion or Palace (Huge place with lots going on)

Tong - Hall, Government building (Like a small to mid-rise office complex. Centrally focused around one business.)

Ting - Hall, place to gather for speaking (Local bar or social club. Close friends and associates gather to talk and shoot the breeze)
